We are sad to announce that on April 12, 2023, at the age of 92, Theron Helms of Macclenny, Florida, born in Hazlehurst, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Helms and Mattie Helms (Harrell); his son Tressye Amelia Young Helms; and his wife Margaret Voorhees Helms. He is survived by: his sons, Troy Helms (Joy) of Macclenny and Steven Helms of Macclenny; his stepchildren, Martha Anne Giddens (Darrell) of Bryceville and Rick Voorhees (Susan) of Glen St; his grandchildren, Callihan Helms (Delaney), Ellie Farmer (Aaron), Woodrow Jackson Helms, Rosemary Helms, Hudson Helms, Ruby Helms, Ashley Potts (Joshua), Adam Giddens (Sarah), RJ Voorhees (Casey) and Alison Voorhees; and his sister Marilyn Blackburn of Jacksonville. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
