She is survived by: her mother Wanda Bailey, (Charles) of Macclenny; her husband David "Randy" Cook, Sr. of Macclenny; her children, Ellen Cook of Macclenny, Margaret Copeland of Jacksonville and David Cook, Jr.; her grandchildren, Izaiah Cook, Annsleigh Glasgow, Kathryn Cook, Albany Glasgow, Natalie Copeland and Emma Copeland; and her siblings, Jay "Timmy" Blanchard of Macclenny, Melburn Bailey (Judy) of Georgia, Stephanie Kenny (Tim) of Macclenny and Mary Ann Bailey of Macclenny. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
