He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Blackburn Baker and Doris Farnham Baker of Virginia; his wife Judy Ann Baker; and his brother Paul Baker, Sr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Rhonda Osteen (Chip) of Macclenny, FL, Robin Lamb (Bill) of Glen St and Renee Cooper (Mike) of Waterloo, NY; his siblings-in-law, Ruby Baker of Newark, OH, Joyce Thorp (Larry) of Newark, OH and Woody Dodrill of Port Orange, FL; his grandchildren, Meagan Carroll (Matt), Malory Osteen, Lee Lamb (Megan), Johnathan Lamb, Patrick Lamb (Marguerite) and Nick Cooper; and his great grandchild Peniel Autumn Lamb.
