He is survived by: his sister Paula T. Barton "Cissi"; his niece Nanette Spitzer (Chuck); his great-nieces, Tana, Teanna, Tinsleigh, Taragan and Timberlei Barton; his brother Joey Thrift (Bebe); his nephew Jody Paul Thrift (Sabrina); his great-nephew Tucker; his nephew Jim Thrift (Miranda); and his niece Christi Thrift.
Donations to the Baker County Education Foundation which funds student and teacher scholarships will gladly be received in lieu of flowers.
