She was predeceased by: her parents, Hamilton Jefferson Crawford and Eva Crawford Crawford; her daughter Deborah E. Collins; and her siblings, Lois Higens, James Crawford and Kenneth Crawford.
She is survived by: her husband Darwin John Simons of Macclenny, FL; her children, Stanley Simons (Leona) of Dellrose, Daniel Simons (Tina) of Macclenny, FL and Eva Carrasquero (Bert) of Stamford, CT; and her grandchildren, Mitchell Ray, Christopher Simons, Elizabeth Simons, Eva Marina Carrasquero and Niccolo Carrasquero. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Donations may be made in Pansy's name to Community Hospice of Northeast Florida.
