She was predeceased by: her parents, W. H. Mathis and Sallie Cason Mathis; her husband Robert Joseph Begue; her children, Robert William Begue and Shirley Begue; and her sister Hermie Fields.
She is survived by: her son Jim Begue (Jan) of Tallahassee, FL; her daughter-in-law Carolyn Begue of Valdosta, GA; and her grandchildren, Rick Begue (Rachel), Rob Begue (Judy), Matt Begue (Kathy), Jonathan Begue (Melissa), Brad Begue (Lindsey) and Beth Marhsall (J. P.). She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; and 11 great-great grandchildren.
