She is survived by: her sons, Shawn Patrick Hullett Sr. (Samantha) of St. Johns and Derek Lee Hullett Sr. (Misty Sanders) of Satsuma; her grandchildren, Derek Hullett Jr. (Zoey Shee), Shawn Hullett Jr. and Avereigh Hullett; her great grandchild Kenzlee Hullett; and her nieces and nephews, Tammy Zoller of Macclenny, Kathy Corns of Macclenny, Terry Perdue of Jacksonville and Jack Dyes Jr. of Jacksonville.
