She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Benjamin'Dinty' and Blanche Fraser Moore; her former husband Vincent Smallwood; her husband Mack Moser; her brother William Thomas "Billy" Moore; and her grandson Jeffrey Saul Smallwood.
She is survived by: her children, Zackary V. Smallwood II (Shirley) of Macclenny, Tami Smallwood Ellison of Jacksonville and Teri Smallwood Looper of Jacksonville; her grandchildren, Tabitha Danson, Zackary Smallwood III, Shannon Coyle, Ashlynn Pronovost, Cassidy Smallwood, Ryan Ellison, Bree Carter, Taylor Ellison, Haley Severt, Kayla Smith, Rand Looper and Troy Looper; her great grandchildren, Dylan, Paige and Brynlee Danson; her grandchildren, Kelton Smallwood, Valor, Liberty, Verity, Joy Coyle, Evelyn, Adilynn, Henry, Demi Pronovost, Aiden Smallwood, Emily Demoske, Alice Ellison, Aubrey, Ace, Gates Carter, Kaia, Grayson Severt, Nova, Sage, Atlas, Soleil Looper, Alexis, Dallin, Rebecca, Emma and Micah Smith; and her niece Gail Smallwood Capshaw. She is also survived by Her 13 grandchildren were the love of her life and 31 great grandchildren, friends and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of floral tributes, LaViece requested donations to be made to the Betty Sands Legacy in Education Scholarship.
