He was predeceased by: his brother Stephen Crews; and his nephew Christopher Rodgers. He is survived by: his parents, Roy Crews (Gayle) of Jacksonville, FL and Sylvia Perdue (Robert) of Macclenny, FL; his children, Ashley Salvador Salomao (Victor) of St. Johns, FL, Joseph Caleb Crews and Joshua Garrett Crews; his siblings, Reece Crews (Marie), Bobby Jackson (MarKay), Carl Perdue (Cindy), Terry Perdue, Jamie Durrence (Clint), Tammy Zoller and Kathy Corns (Tommy); his child Kimberly C. Crews; and his grandchildren, Penelopi Yvette, Joshua Corrbit and Ariel Izabel. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
