He was predeceased by: his parents, James William Bazzell, Sr. and Mary T. Bazzell; and his brother James William Bazzell, Jr.. He is survived by: his sibling John; his wife Linda Bazzell; his sister Bonnie Mills; his nephews, Jeff, Ken, Todd Mills and Paul Bazzell; and his niece Jeneene. He is also survived by numerous other extended family and friends.
