He is survived by: his son Kevin (Marilyn Hilliard); his sisters, Barbara Downing of Cross City, FL and Carol Potter of Cross City, FL; and his grandchildren, Kristen Smith, Travis Hilliard, Sr. and Dalton Hilliard. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
