She is survived by: her spouse Christopher Baker of Macclenny; her daughters, Mistique Woolsey (Steven) of Panama City, Sandra Ratliff (Bernie) of Glen St and Stacey Shadix (Frank) of Niceville; and her grandchildren, Christina Leckwold (Shon) of Arizona, Ashley Katsacos (Joey) of Macclenny and Cody Ratliff of Glen St.
