He is survived by: his wife Mary Livingston Fraser; his children, Jarvis Fraser (Lisa), Sharon Griffiths, Marcheta Crews (Gordon), Priscella Livingston and Billy Livingston (Laura); his grandchildren, Alyssa, Kali, Erin, Jessica, Kassie, Chelsea, Robin, Molly, Christian, Harli and Will; and his sisters, Mary Brueshaber (George) and Edith Mobley (Bob). He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren.
