She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph Combs; her sons, Robert R. Combs, Sr. and Windol Combs, Sr.; her parents, Clarence Dinkins and Alice Cowart Dinkins; her sister Rubie Williams; her grandchildren, Terry Wilson and Windol Combs, Jr.; and her great grandchild Kaitlyn Wilson.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Robert R. Combs, Jr. (Lucretia Ann) of Jacksonville, Florida and Darren Combs (Debbie) of Jacksonville, Florida. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
