It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Esther Irene Sirmans of Macclenny, Florida, born in Baker, Florida, who passed away on August 2, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Sullivan Hodges and Katie Bell Harvey Hodges; her husbands, I. J. Manning, Frank Wilson and Bill Sirmans; her children, Dale Manning, Zelma Wheeler (Carl) and Velma Catherine Green (Ira); and her siblings, Ronald Gene Hodges, Alvin Shirley Hodges, Bobby Lee Hodges, R. C. Hodges, Ancil Harvey, Maxine Manning, Minnie Ruth Moore, Clarice Stackhouse and Lucille Harris.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Debbie Jordan (Jerry), Carla Richards (Ernie), Susie Gray (Oscar), Kathy Long (Bryan), Carl Wheeler, Jr. (Stephanie), Steven Wheeler (Traci), Danny Manning, Joey Manning (Dena) and Anna Marie Manning. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
