She was predeceased by: her daughters, Debra Lynn Hart and Lee Lawrence; her sisters, Mary Price and Faye Goodwin; her brothers-in-law, Alvin Goodwin, Ralph Price and Herman Watkins; and her son-in-law Elton Lawrence.
She is survived by: her sons, Leon Hart (Beth) of Middleburg, FL, Mike West (Shelly Whiteley) of Jacksonville, FL and John Hart of Macclenny, FL; her siblings, Dickie Nowlen (Susan) of Macclenny, FL, Joan Watkins of Jacksonville, FL and Ruth Hartley (Clarence); and her grandchildren, Rhiannon Hart, Billie Hart, Jessica Starling (Aaron), Michael West, Matthew West (Racheal), Samantha Whiteley, Christopher Whiteley (Cindy) and John Daniel "J. D.".
