He was predeceased by: his parents, Elijah Collins and Ella Mae Youngblood Collins; his brother Roscoe Collins; his children, Cleveland Collins, Jr., Lonnie Collins, Gloria Wright and Marlene Brown; and his son-in-law Robert Collins.
He is survived by: his daughter Irma Collins of Macclenny, FL; and his grandchildren, Jamie Collins (Melissa), Jason Collins (Savannah), Wade Boan (Sharon), Edward Thomas and Larry Green. He is also survived by many great grandchildren and extended family and friends.
