He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Dell and Janice Combs (Deloach). He is survived by: his children, Lewis Chancy (Chelsey) of Glen St, Christy Combs of Glen St and Courtney Rubio (Santiago) of Macclenny; his grandchildren, Kagen, Gotze, Ava, LeAndra, Lilly, Ember, Gavin and Kason; his wife Tammy Combs; and his siblings, Kenneth Keast, Crab Combs, Josh Turner, Jr., Mindy Combs, Amanda Combs and Franny Bennett.
