Charlotte Johns Slack Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Johns Slack of Macclenny, Florida, born in Jacksonville, Florida, who passed away on November 6, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father William Scott; her husband Carl Ray Slack; her son-in-law Jimbo Fletcher; and her siblings, Betty, Buddy, Donald, Hickory and Patty Ann.
She is survived by: her children, Ray Alan Slack of Jacksonville and Cathy Ann Fletcher of Macclenny; her grandsons, James Tyler "Ty" Fletcher and William "Wil" Wiley Fletcher (Kasey); her great grandchildren, Aubree Ann Fletcher and Bowie Jean Fletcher; and her pet Molly Belle. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Taylor Cemetery (26389 Co Rd 250, Sanderson, FL 32087).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Charlotte's name to First Baptist Church of Macclenny.
