He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Laura Maloy; his father Charles William "Bill" Livingston; his stepfather James "Jim" Fraser; his parents-in-law, Charles and Maudie Maloy; his mother Mary Livingston Fraser; his children, Harli McCullough and Will Livingston; his grandson Thorne McCullough; his siblings, Pat Logsdon (Butch), Sharon Griffiths, Priscilla Livingston, Marcheta Crews (Gordon), Verna Midgett (Bob) and Jarvis Fraser (Lisa); and his siblings-in-law, Joe Maloy (Cathy), Susan Williams and Annette Greene. He was also cherished by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
