He is survived by: his daughter Mandy Rosenberg (Seth) of Virginia Beach, Virginia; his sister Diane Hicks Fraser of Macclenny; and his aunt Joan Magargle. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
