He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alvie Dillon "Ab" Suggs and Ida Combs Suggs; his wife Jessie Vene Thomas Suggs; his children, Randall "Randy" Dillon Suggs and Karen Minnie Suggs Griffin; his stepson Kyler Thomas Hunter; his sisters, Bonnie Faye Suggs, Rosalee Suggs Webb, Elvie Mildred Suggs Mobley and Elizabeth Mae Suggs Turk; his son Charles Perry Suggs (Betty); his brother Paul Vinson Suggs (Pam); and his daughter-in-law Annette Harris Hunter. He was also cherished by Eight grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
