She was predeceased by: her parents, Junior Chipps and Rosalie Barnette; her stepfather Russell Allen Nicholas; and her son Timothy L. Folsom. She is survived by: her husband Andy Self of Macclenny; her children, Billy C. Folsom (Kim), Brian L. Folsom (Lori), Tammy E. Folsom, Andrew B. Self III, Steven C. Self (Amy), Robert T. Self (Heather) and Thomas B. Self; her daughter-in-law Christine Benefield Folsom; and her siblings, Donald Allen Nicholas (Donna), John Michael Nicholas (Nacoma), Russell James Nicholas (Chris) and Shirley A. McKinney (Joe). She is also survived by 25 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
