He was predeceased by: his parents, Bazil H. Sapp and Carrie Lanier Sapp; and his brother W. J. Sapp, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Jean D. Sapp of Macclenny; his children, Sandra Rhoden (Steve) of Cypress, Ronnie Sapp of Glen St, Donnie Sapp (Donna) of Glen St and Brenda Davis (Mike) of Macclenny; his nephew W. J. Sapp Jr.; and his niece Judy Sapp. He is also survived by Eight grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
