She was predeceased by: her husband George Louis Gerson; her daughter-in-law Patricia Ballenger; and her son Thomas Lawrence Bailes. She is survived by: her sons, Michael Alexander Ballenger of Macclenny and William Andrew Bailes of Glen St; her siblings, Rachel F. Nasrallah of Tampa, Charlotte E. Ramirez of Griffin, Georgia Fusse, Margaret E. Fusse of Hendersonville, Tennessee and William Peake Gilbert of Fayetteville, Georgia; her grandchildren, Michelle B. Bates, Sasha Evdokimov, Andrei Bailes and James Gazes; and her great grandchildren, Josh Bates and Brandon Bates.
