Alta Hinkle Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alta Hinkle of Macclenny, Florida, who passed away on September 6, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Long and Irene Long (Wilkerson); her sisters-in-law, Shirley Long, Becky Long and Carol Hinkle; and her husband Cletus Hinkle.

She is survived by: her children, Michael Hinkle, Julie Cox (Albert) of Maccleny and LuAnne Hardee of Huntsville, Alabama; her grandsons, Garrett Hardee, Joel Cox and Joshua Cox (Sophia); her great grandchild Jamie Cox; her siblings, Buddy Long (Marsha) of Lake Butler, Gene Long of Macclenny and Carolyn Gainey of Macclenny; and her brother-in-law Bob Hinkle of Missouri. She is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
