It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Keith Powell (Lynn Haven, Florida), born in Geneva, Alabama, who passed away on April 17, 2020, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Thomas F. Powell. He is survived by: his mother Quinta Scarfo of Lynn Haven, Florida; his siblings, James Kyle Powell of Fountain, Florida and Lynita Adams of Panama City, Florida; his children, Justin Powell (Rolanda), Joseph Powell and Amanda F. Powell; his grandchildren, Tre' and Jada; and his aunt Flora Hathcote (Frank). He is also survived by his children, nieces, and nephews.
