She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Smartnick and Sandra Smartnick (Cox); and her sister Sherri. She is survived by: her husband Richard; her sister Stacy; her children, Courtney, Kati, Melissa, Nathaniel, Alan and James; her nephew Paul; and her grandchildren, Kyla, Tripp (Nathaniel), Gray, Byron, Killian, Lara and Brodie.
