It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Faye Carter of Lynn Haven, Florida, who passed away on May 6, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Sims and Daisy McGhee Sims; her brother Dale Sims; and her parents-in-law, Evelyn and Earl Carter.
She is survived by: her husband Robert E. Carter; her children, Robert Carter, Jr., Jeffrey Carter (Nealie White) and Kimberly Zinn (Michael Martin); her grandchildren, Jordan Carter, Madison Zinn, Kennedy Zinn, Skylar Carter and Maddox Carter; her great grandchild Phoebe Carter; her brother Winfred A. Sims (Charlotte); her brother-in-law Tim Carter (Dee); her aunt Eloise Stewart; and her uncle Aubury McGhee. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
