She was predeceased by: her parents, William Joseph and Mary Ellen Powers; and her brothers, Thomas Francis, Joseph William, James Michael and John Paul Powers.
She is survived by: her brother Joe; her daughter Molly; her husband Samuel Horton of Lynn Haven, FL; her children, Deirdre Joy Tannehill (Joe) of Panama City, FL and Jesse Lee Horton (Rebecca) of Burke, VA; her sister Sara Jean Bayly (David) of Healdsburg, CA; her mother-in-law Velma Horton; her sisters-in-law, Mary Bray Powers of Houston, TX and Rebel Horton of Fort Pierce, FL; and her grandchildren, Natalie Ann Tannehill, Joseph Samuel Tannehill of Panama City, FL and Cooper Lee Horton of Burke, VA.. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
