He is survived by: his children, Tammie Yvonne Mott (Ben), Michelle Leigh Warren (Roy), Chasen Levon Quattlebaum (Paula) and Clayton Taylor Quattlebaum; his grandchildren, Kyle Owens, Kassie King (David), Jo-Leigh Underwood (Gannon) and Jacob Warren; his great grandchildren, Waylon King, Scarlett Beau King and DeClan Porter Owens; and his sisters, Wanda Dulanto (John) and Sandra Quattlebaum.
