She is survived by: her husband Stanley Keith Cook of Lynn Haven, FL; her daughter Rachel Casab (Mickey) of Los Angeles, CA; her sister Angela Dixon (Marvin) of Valdosta, GA; her grandchildren, Carter and Camryn Casab; and her nieces and nephews, Rebecca Brice (Mitchell) of Jennings, FL, Laura Beck, Amanda Allen, Mitchell and John Turner Brice.
