She was predeceased by: her parents, Randall A Sasser and Ruth M Sasser; and her brothers, James Bryant Sasser (JB) and Billy Gene Sasser. She is survived by: her husband John Talmadge Taylor; her children, Kendra Lewis (Kevin) and John Scott Taylor (Shannon); her grandchildren, Taylor Bane (Kimberly) and Summer Vail (Derek); her great grandchildren, Kennedy Vail and Beckham Bane; and her siblings-in-law, Leron Sasser, Candy Sasser and Charles Taylor. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Wilson Funeral Home (214 Airport Rd, Panama City, FL 32405). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Emerald Coast Fellowship Building Fund, 4102 W Hwy 390, Lynn Haven, FL 32444, or to VITAS Healthcare (hospice) 638 Harrison Avenue, Suite 102, Panama City, FL 32401, in memory of Joyce Taylor.
