He was predeceased by: his parents, Nora Lee and Uriah Arthur Musselwhite; his sisters, Patricia Laramore and Joyce Lewis; and his wife Linda Musselwhite.
He is survived by: his sister Tobina Wimberly (Sam); his daughters, Jessica Jensen (Al), Mindy Koester (Rick), Melissa Fox (Daniel) and Vikki Lowe (Jim); his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Mckenna, Baelyne, Alexis, Arionna, Koelton, Katelynn, Sean, Kristopher and Stephanie; and his great grandchildren, Avery and Karter. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
