He is survived by: his wife Sandra Clements Chester; his children, Terry Chester (Jill), Kenneth Chester and Scott Chester (Heidi); his stepchildren, Brandon Allen (Lori) and Brooke Sawyer (Keith); his grandchildren, Jennifer Chester, Zachary Chester, Sydney Chester, Hope Allen, Trace Allen, Lily Sawyer, Scarlett Allen, Cotton Woodum, Miles Woodum and Abby Wynkoop; his sisters, Bonnie Brannen and Bobbie Pritchard; and his friends, Larry Wood and Darrel Wright.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Lucky Puppy Rescue in Bonifay, Florida, or Heartland Rescue Ranch in Panama City, Florida.
