He was predeceased by: his father Tony Orvil Johnson; and his brother Theodore "Buddy" Johnson. He is survived by: his mother Mattie B. Johnson of Lynn Haven; and his siblings, Allen Johnson (Judith) of Southport, Jean J. Taunton (Raymond) of Tulsa, Freida J. Smith (Gary) of Bakersfield and Frankie J. Gowdy (Don) of Lynn Haven. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
