She was predeceased by: her parents, John Floyd Larkins and Jennie Wallis Larkins; and her siblings, John Knox Larkins, Sr. and Olivia Ann Larkins. She is survived by: her husband Jim Garner; her son Greg Garner (Ginny); her grandsons, James and Neill Garner; her daughter Renee Garner Jernigan (Jay); her brother Wallis Larkins; and her sister-in-law Kay Wiggins. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
