He is survived by: his wife Sarah Christine Suggs Rains; his children, Brenda Kopp (Del Kopp) and Raymond Rains (Julie Rains); his grandchildren, Peter Cole (Rains), Billie Ann Bradshaw (Alex Bradshaw), Carla Kochevar (Jamie Kochevar) and Jason Kopp (Elaina Kopp); his great grandchildren, Madilynn Bradshaw, Chloee Bradshaw, Lilly Bradshaw, McKenzie Bell, Aubree Bell, Chloe Kopp, Dylan Kopp and Shelby Cole (Rains); his siblings-in-law, Buford, Linda Suggs and Shirley Childree; and also, Eric and Cathy Bottoms.
