He was predeceased by: his daughter Brenda Mitchell Nolte; and his sisters, Bernice Squires and Willie Murl Miller. He is survived by: his wife Jane Mitchell; his children, Barbara J. Gregg (Don), Michael D. Mitchell (Judy) and Beverly Mitchell-Dodd (Dwight); his son-in-law Bruce W. Nolte, Sr.; and his grandchildren, Leslie, Bryan, Kristi, Kerri, Mandi, Casey, Bruce Jr., Steve and Erik. He is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren.
