She was predeceased by: her husband Richard M. Levin; her siblings-in-law, Adrian and Janet Levin; her parents, Harry Brockman and Helen Brockman; and her parents-in-law, Charles and Marion Levin.
She is survived by: her children, Jay Levin and Jill Cotten (Charles); her grandchildren, Kimberly Pearse (Benjamin), Katherine Levin, Dr. David Minnen (Judy Lavi) and Rabbi Jessica Minnen; her great grandchildren, Lily Pearse, Elliot Lavi Minnen, Fiona Lavi Minnen and Rili Minnen Berkowitz; her nephews, Kevin Levin and Stephen Levin (Jenny); and her niece Mindy Levin.
