He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Forstad and Elizabeth Forstad (Ritter); his brother Paul Forstad; and his father-in-law Robert Hammons. He is survived by: his wife Larinda Kay Forstad (Hammons); his son Kevin Allen Forstad; and his sisters, Denice Dewaelsche and Marilyn Forstad. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, sisters and brothers in laws.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Florida National Cemetery (6502 SW 102nd Ave, Bushnell, FL 33513).
