He is survived by: his son Paul Martin "Marty" Withrow; his brother Charlie Withrow of West Virginia; his daughter-in-law Jill; his grandchildren, Cindy (Danny), Holly (Michael), Tim (Danielle) and Lory (Josh); and his great grandchildren, Hayden, Grayson, Sophia, Carson, Jonah, Haven, Laelynn, Zeke, Cohen and Aiden.
