He was predeceased by: his mother Elizabeth Russo. He is survived by: his wife Helen Smigowski; his son Mark Collins; and his grandchildren, Brenden Collins and Chandler Collins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 7th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Trinity Memorial Gardens (12609 Memorial Dr, Trinity, FL 34655). A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 7th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
