She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Kaitlyn Silverwood. She is survived by: her husband James R. Silverwood Sr.; her sons, James R. Silverwood Jr. (Kim) and William Silverwood; her grandson Matthew Silverwood (Nicki); and her great grandchild Benjamin Silverwood.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Eileen's name to H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center.
