He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Kline Pass and Mary Frances Pass; and his siblings, Oran Pass (Virginia), Margaret Pass Brookover (William), Clara Pass Young (C. O.) and Jean Pass Crippen (Johnny).
He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Conrad Pass; and his children, Diana Baker (Michael) of San Antonio, Samuel Pass (Ginny) of Oklahoma City and Paul Pass (Mary) of Tampa. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
