David Michael Allen Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Michael Allen (Lutz, Florida), born in Beaver, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 26, 2018, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bess Allen and Jack Edward Allen; and his sister Lynn Yeargin. He is survived by: his former wife Debra Milligan; his children, Jack Allen (Angie) and Tracy Hansen (Eric); his brother Scrappy Allen (Nancy); his grandchildren, Morgan, Jocelyn, Austin, Benjamin, Anthony and Emilee; and his friend Lynne Murray. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made out to Haley's Cove Veterans Hospice, located at 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd, Tampa, FL 33612.
