He was predeceased by: his parents, James Sydney Cagle and Edna May Lawrence. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Bill Cagle, Vickie Cutting and Cindy Henderson (Daniel); his grandsons, Jerry Cutting (Tracey), Chad Cutting (Maddie) and Richey Cutting (Lauren); and his great grandchildren, Easton, Jacquelyn and Callan.
