He was predeceased by: his father Grady Theodore Foster; and his brother Lonnie Ray Duncan. He is survived by: his mother Loretta Duncan Foster; his wife Michelle L. Foster of Lulu, FL; his children, Richard Lee Foster, Jr. of Lulu, FL, Jaime Leigh Foster of Lulu, FL, Casandra Marie Cusimano of Ohio and Justin Michale Cusimano of South Carolina; and his sisters, Rebecca Foster of Ocala, FL and Linda Foster of Tennessee. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
