She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Lee Leslie and Betty Jo Rogers Leslie. She is survived by: her children, Lee Phillips (Elisa) of LuLu and Terri Phillips Thornton (Matt) of LuLu; and her grandchildren, Johnnie Phillips (Taylor Strickland), Lara Phillips, Hunter Thornton and Taylor Jo Thornton. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren; along with three cousins whom she considered her brothers and many extended family members and friends.
