He was predeceased by: his great grandchild Rudolfo Nieves. He is survived by: his wife Maria Del Consuelo Nieves; his stepson Axel Gael Moreno; his daughter Mia Rocio Mendez; his son-in-law Juan M Mendez; his stepson Ricardo A Suarez; his sisters, Patricia, Bori and Rosita; and his great grandchildren, Yolanda Nieves, Jane Frances, Israella T Flores, Antonio Rafael, Fernando and Adam M.. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren.
